The helpful staff and the quality of the breakfast food impressed me. I loved that they have proper triple rooms, which worked perfectly for my family. The pool, gym, and sauna enhanced the luxurious feel. My sons and I had a fantastic Sunday morning. Everything was well-kept, and I enjoyed the mini-holiday feeling.
The room I stayed in had no plug socket next to the bed. This made charging my phone inconvenient.

The swimming pool was a definite highlight. It was clean and provided a relaxing space for a refreshing swim. The staff also replaced our kettle promptly.. I found them very friendly.
The room I was initially assigned had windows lacking a latch. This made it impossible to leave them open for ventilation in the heat because of safety concerns, as the windows were accessible from outside. The key card also repeatedly failed to open the door.

The staff were helpful when i needed assistance. I found the hotel to have a lovely garden to explore. The pool and spa facilities were available and clean. Breakfast included a buffet with many options.
The desk in my room felt sticky, made working on my laptop slightly unpleasant.

the bed was comfortable. i slept great. the gardens to the rear were very picturesque and i looked out at them while eating. the food was delicious (i especially liked the desserts!).
the room was a bit old. i also noticed stains on the carpet. there were no drinking glasses in the room.
